Employment Opportunity - Administrative Assistant
The Municipality is looking to hire a Full Time Administrative Assistant who provides administrative and back up support to the various departments and provides front-line customer service to support Municipal Programs and residents.
The successful applicant shall have a minimum of a diploma in Administration/Business Administration, a minimum of 3 years experience or an equivalent of education and experience. This position requires an individual with strong communication skills, both written and oral; strong organization skills; the ability to multi‐task and meet multiple deadlines; attention to detail; experience with Microsoft Office Software; and the ability to learn Municipal Building, Finance, and Recreation Software programs. Experience in recording meeting minutes is considered an asset.
