Each Round Table event will follow the same format. We will have four tables set up, with a focus on a single topic each:

  1. Aggregate amount and aggregate type
  2. Professional Engineer certifying that the private road was constructed as per the design
  3. Flag Lots
  4. Open Spaces

Staff and independent contractors will be on hand to answer questions, while a facilitator will lead the discussion and a notetaker will record the comments made at each table. At any time, attendees can choose to switch to a new table to discuss another topic. As these are drop in events with no formal presentation, the doors will open at 7pm and the event will end at 9pm, and attendees can drop in anytime during these hours. The goal of the event is to ensure Council members have heard from stakeholders about these specific topics.

Last minute attendees may be accommodated if there are seats available; however, registering in advance guarantees your spot.
