The Lunenburg Municipal Recreation Department has worked with many different organizations and communities assisting in sponsoring or promoting a wide range of activities and events.

The partnership could be as simple as giving ideas at a meeting to as complicated as having staff and equipment from the Recreation Department run the event. The mandate of the department is "Working With You To Create Recreational Opportunities For All".
