Osprey Village Secondary Planning Strategy & Land Use By-law 

Proposed Amendments

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT, on May 8, 2019 Council gave notice of its intention to adopt amendments to the Ospreyv Village Secondary Planning Strategy and Land Use By-law.  The proposed amendments clarify that a municipal adminstration building is a muncipal service that can be in any zone and that no development permit is required.

The PUBLIC HEARING, to be held by Council at 9:00am on May 23, 2019, at Council Chambers, 210 Aberdeen Road, Bridgewater, is an opportunity for residents to make formal written or oral submissions to Council regarding the proposed amendments.
