Tax Certificates
A Tax Certificate provides official property tax information for the applicable year.
How to Request
- Requests must be submitted in writing by letter or email.
- The fee is $42.00 per certificate.
- Please include the Assessment Account Number with your request to ensure timely processing.
- If submitting by email, please include proof of payment (i.e. copy of the cheque issued).

Verbal Tax Information
- A fee of $11.00 plus HST applies to verbal tax information provided to third parties.
- Verbal tax information fees are invoiced monthly and provided to the party requesting the information.
